Please be aware that the drop-shipping model does not usually work towards deadlines.

Our Production team are fantastic and most Black and White items are despatched within 3 working days, however, all orders go in and come out when ready. This is dependent on the stock and the current Production schedule. Australia Post also needs to deliver on time, which we have no control over.

Although it is good to know if there is an exact date to work towards, as our Production Manager will do the very best to help out if possible, because we are a wholesale service there are no extra costs to rush your order over others.

Also, if we do not have the items in stock and need to order them in (for example we have run out of our inventory, or you have ordered non-core items or colours, or you have ordered in bulk = 5+ items), this adds time to production.
