Notice of Christmas Trading 2024 - 2025

Solution

As the year draws to an end, we would like to thank you, most sincerely, for all the business you have given us over the past year.

We hope that we (all) can kick up our heels with some well-earned R&R.

The TSPA and Dropshirt teams would like to wish you and your family a happy and peaceful Christmas and a fun New Year ahead!!

Our team will be taking a well-deserved rest during this period.

Pre-Christmas Delivery
For pre-Christmas delivery, we recommend up until 9 AM Fri 13th December 2024, for order placement. However, this can be extended depending on the delivery location and items ordered. Please let us know around this time what you need to be delivered before Christmas, as any orders received after this date will need to be approved.

Also, keep in mind that Australia Post can experience delays, due to an increase in delivery volumes at this time of year. You might want to allow more time if ordering non-core items, due to any potential delays with freight on those stock orders.

Our Annual Christmas break, this year, will be as follows:
From the close of trading on Thursday 19th December 2024 (as we need to perform shut-down procedures on our last day) and reopening on Monday 6th January 2025.

Skeleton crew:
Over the last few years, the number of orders that have come through in the holiday period has not warranted having a Skeleton crew during the break. Also, most of the garment suppliers have a solid shutdown period. As such, we will not be opening or printing any orders during the break.

Whilst you can still place orders during this time, they will be reviewed once we return from the break.

Enjoy yourself, and see you in the New Year!

If you have any further questions, just submit a ticket to the help desk.
