Orders - What happens when I get an order in my store?

Solution

Congratulations, you've got an order through your online store? Was it for a product that has drop shipping enabled?

If you did, you need to Login to the dashboard and click the "Orders" Link.

You should be able to see your orders on this page. If not, check your settings in the profile page.

Click on the "View Order Details" link.

You should be able to see here if your Custom Print Fields are set up wrong. Your order consists of a combination of customer facing fields in your shopping cart and the custom print fields in the dashboard.

Look over your order and make sure it's all good. Make sure the required custom fields are set and you can see all the details of your order. If not, go back and check the custom print field settings before moving forward.

When you are satisfied it is all OK, click the "Click To Order" button to instantly send your order details to the production administrator. Ordering is acceptance of our T&C's. (If you make a mistake, just let us know we can cancel the order if it is within a few hours.) This has to be done for every order, learn WHY?

Full automation is available for high volume customers, with strict trading terms.

Once the order is placed you immediately get an order number. If you pressed the "Click to Order Button and you don't get an order number, contact us right away.

Each order is located under the "Submitted" Tab in the dashboard. Once you have a "submitted" order, an Invoice is available by clicking on the details link.

Your order then joins the production queue in our system which is marked as "processing". Our team will look over your order.

If this is your first few orders we will send you an invoice for payment.

Learn how we deal with payments here

If the order is paid or you're on our weekly billing cycle, we mark it as "in production". This is where we check the artwork, we pick the stock (order if not available) and push it down the line to print and pack.

When the order is shipped the order will be marked as "shipped" and an email will be sent to you with a tracking number. This will all be available in the dashboard.
