Payment - How do we pay for orders and what is the frequency?

Solution

First orders

When you submit an order, the system creates an invoice that you can use for payment.

If this is your first order, we recommend you wait for us to contact you before making payment, as we check your order and ensure the pricing is correct. We will check the order and send you a notice for payment.

If you have many orders, you can place all your orders and then pay us through the Batch Payments tab as one single payment.

Change your preferred payment method in the Settings tab, in the Dropshirt Dashboard. Payment methods are listed below.

Downloadable PDF invoices are available in the dashboard (under the "Submitted" Tab), and they all have payment details on them.

All orders require Pre-payment for any overseas Dropshirt account holders.

Any international orders require payment before the order is released to Production.

Payment Methods

Direct Deposit (No Fees)

Credit Card via Stripe (No Fees)

PayPal Payment (Surcharge [2.6%])

Failure to Pay

All Accounts are marked as "Pre-Paid Only"; however, under some circumstances, we may approve a weekly billing cycle.

If you are granted a weekly billing cycle, and any payment request is ignored, your account will be permanently returned to "Pre-Paid Only".

This means your account will be marked in the same way as a first-time customer. Payment, before it goes to Production.

Any amounts owing that are not paid after a month, other recovery action will be implemented.

Orders that remain "Unpaid" for more than 7 days will be marked "Cancelled".

Refund for Cancelled Orders

For any cancelled order or items on an order, we do not usually don't refund, but rather apply a credit to your Dropshirt Account for use against future orders.

As we do not charge fees on (Credit Card via Stripe), any monetary refunds will be minus the Stripe fees, usually 1.1% or as per the actual Stripe fees on refunds.
