International Shipping: Do You Ship Products Overseas?

Solution

From 1st July 2024, we no longer offer International Shipping as a service.

  1. The service is unreliable and lost parcels have become common
  2. Since COVID DHL is constantly increasing their prices and it's been hard to keep up with changes
  3. They have since added a pickup fee and the volume for this service means it makes no sense to offer this anymore.

We recommend the following:

  1. setting up with a drop shipper in the US and Europe who can ship locally
  2. ship the item to yourself and use Australia Post to ship internationally

Our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.

What are the Conditions?

  1. All International orders are paid upfront.
  2. The international shipping price displayed in the dashboard is a guide only. (We manually update orders, upon placement, to the relevant zone).
  3. International shipping prices are subject to change. For example, Hoodies would be more expensive to ship than a t-shirt.
  4. We reserve the right to update the prices (after shipping, up or down) to reflect what we are charged.
  5. International shipping has a lot of paperwork compared to Australia Post. This is also reflected in the price.
  6. Australia is a long way from the rest of the world. International shipping is expensive in some places.
  7. International orders are only dispatched once weekly. (Pick-up for International: is scheduled on a Thursday, for a Friday pick-up. If an order misses the cycle, it goes out the following week.)
  8. Orders can take 2-4 weeks for delivery to some countries

About the service

We use DHL to get your parcel to the destination country and then the local destination country's postal service handles the delivery in country. Countries are divided into shipping zones. PDF is provided.

Rates (Please add together 1.Base rate + 2. Emergency Surcharge - until further notice):
1. Base Rate: International Shipping Via DHL based on sending a single t-shirt:
Zone 1 (New Zealand) = $17.05 for first garment $8.15 for each additional garment sent in a single parcel.
Singapore = $21.10 for first garment $10.30 for each additional garment sent in a single parcel.
Zone 2 (Asia - Pacific) = $26.90 for first garment $15.05 for each additional garment sent in a single parcel.
Germany = $21.40 for first garment $10.65 for each additional garment sent in a single parcel.
United Kingdom = $23.80 for first garment $12.65 for each additional garment sent in a single parcel.
Zone 3 (Western Europe) = $28.20 for first garment $12.65 for each additional garment sent in a single parcel.
Canada = $33.20 for first garment $18.80 for each additional garment sent in a single parcel.
North America = $35.85 for first garment $19.30 for each additional garment sent in a single parcel.
Zone 5 (Rest of World) $36.30 for first garment $22.70 for each additional garment sent in a single parcel.

2. Emergency Surcharges (yes, these are still a charge being imposed by DHL):
ALL ZONES ABOVE  = $1.00 for first garment $1.00 for each additional garment sent in a single parcel.

DHL Statement:
"This pricing adjustment reflects global incremental shipping costs. As ecommerce volumes continue to soar the cost to serve in this challenging environment has increased across both postal and commercial networks, due to a range of factors including labor shortages, inflation and currency fluctuations."

DHL Shipping Partners:
We also are continuing to experience less than reliable service from DHL and it's partners (one of which is Toll). This is leading to extended times and unreliable tracking, as the freight moves within the freight network. Some parcels are even getting lost within this system.
