Packaging - How is an order sent for shipping?

We ship all parcels using Australia Post Pre-paid satchels.

Why do you only use Australia Post prepaid satchels?

1. Because this is what the everyday DIY website owner would use to ship their product.

So, as a pure white label service this is what we offer. We have to be a generic drop shipping service in this regard, that services many different customer types.

2. It's easy and fast for us to dispatch orders because everything is uniform.

The Australia Post prepaid satchels allow us to standardise our dispatch systems, including the tracking bar-code integration. They also allow for standardised pricing, which we actually subsidise and never really pass on the full amount.

Can we have Custom Packaging?

At this stage we are not offering custom packaging. The extra costs involved in offering this service would be cost prohibitive.

With extra warehousing of materials and extra handling time to match the different packing needs of each brand.
