Custom Fields - Can I change the artwork after each order?

Solution

Yes! It is possible, for each order you place for that product, to have a different artwork.

Possible issues.

Always use a different file name, never the same. If you need to, use a number sequence added to the end of each file name. Same, same but different!
Artwork can only be different per order (not 2 of the same 'item' with different artworks within the same order.)

Once an order is submitted, it takes a 'snatshot' of the all the order pieces at that moment. So basically an order can't be changed, without contacting us.

Once an order is placed you can then change the dashboard custom field for your new artwork, so it can be different for the next order.
