  • We currently have no reports of issues with Wix Store Integration.

 

If you are having issues, please send a report to our Help desk.

Please note: Support is free for Dropshippers who have orders needing to be fulfilled and are piling up - we will help.

For anyone who has just started - as we state on our website pages - we are not responsible for the set up of your store. Support is available from our development team (Fees Apply).

*Don't panic: you can still use your Wix Store to sell your designs, without the integration being complete. The integration is only useful if you have orders that need fulfilling.


RE: Orders

If you can't see Wix Store orders in the Dropshirt dashboard, then check the following:

Is there a problem with the order status?

  1. Ensure your orders, in Wixl, are in an unfulfilled/processing status, not on hold/unpaid or completed/fulfilled
  2. Ensure at least one product is Enabled for Drop shipping

Only enabled products, in an order of the right status, will show up in the Orders list.
