If you can't see BigCartel orders in the Dropshirt dashboard, then check the following:

Is there a problem with the BigCartel order status?

Ensure your orders, in BigCartel, are in an unfulfilled/processing status, not on hold/unpaid or completed/fulfilled
Ensure at least one product is Enabled for Drop shipping

Only enabled products, in an order of the right status, will show up in the Orders list.
