Products in Shopify - How do I filter products in the dashboard?

Solution

If you have products that you want us to drop ship, the best practice put them in a separate category. For example T-Shirts. Even if it is just temporary until you have "Enabled" them in the dashboard.

You can create categories in your Shopify Store inside a product under the "Organization" tab.

If you have other products that you DON'T want to be visible in the dashboard, then it is possible to filter them out.

Go to the profile page (Top right corner under your name)
https://dashboard.dropshirt.com.au/shopify/profile.php

Uncheck "Show All Product" and then add your (EG: "T-Shirts") category into the "Product Type" field.

This will filter out all the other products, except that category.

You can also choose how many product to display per page by using the "Product Page Limit" drop-down.
