Slow speeds are not caused by us... (we promise!)

Our system is waiting for Shopify to get back to us with all the information we need about your products. Hence the slow speeds.

You can prove this by loading either the Dashboard Homepage or our Submitted pages or even our help pages.

Anything slow is all about us waiting for a request from Shopify.

Uncheck (show all products) and put some products in a smaller category in Shopify.

Even if it's just a temporary category until you have enabled all the products you need.

Once a product is enabled, it does not need to be visible in the dashboard for the software to work.
