Oversize Print - How do I know if my print is oversize?

Solution

Our standard size is 21cm X 29cm - landscape or portrait. Although we can print much larger, an oversized print can come at an additional charge.

A print that is A4 or 21cm X 29cm (height x width in either direction) covers an area of approximately 610 square centimetres.

How Do I Know? Multiply the print dimensions (width x height) of your design and if it totals more that ~610-650 then it could be considered oversized. We are somewhat flexible, but it is more about the ink coverage, and if we have to change printing platens to something other than the standard configuration.

In a Nutshell: Oversized = Print sizes over 650 cm2

Note: We can print up to a max of 2000cm2 (40cmWx50cmH)

How do I fix it?

If you have uploaded your art board with an oversize print (..and you don't want to get the oversize charge) you will need resize your artwork and re-upload.

Uploading with the same file name, that was originally uploaded, will overwrite the old file. This is handy if you have an order and you want to change the art file.
