Sleeve Prints? Yes! We Now Do Sleeve Printing?

Solution

Our DTG sleeve printing service has been suspended for the following reasons:

  • The low volume of customers wanting this service
  • Cost of setting up for a hand full of prints was uneconomical

Our apologises if this has affected your brand.

We do have a TRANSFER sleeve printing option, but there are limitations.

  1. Not all designs will work
  2. Vector files are required
  3. Price depends on the design size
  4. Has an initial set-up fee for the first order

About our DTG sleeve printing service

The cost would be the ​Reverse Side (up to A4 size), as per this page:

Which currently has the prices as:
​Reverse Side (up to A4 size) Printing (whites): Add $8.00

The maximum size for a sleeve print would be:
(Short Sleeve) 100mmW x 100mmH
(Long Sleeve) 100mmW x 415mmH

The small reverse side print prices do not apply to sleeves, as (currently) sleeve printing is quite difficult. It also means we need to change the printing boards. (So extra work is required).

If your sleeve print is a second position, please use the back position (in the dashboard) for the time being. Create a mock up with design on the sleeve and we will fix it manually. Maybe send an email just to confirm you are wanting sleeves. At least until the system is updated.

If it's a third print position, right now we are working on updating the system to allow for this. Change your mock-up to show a sleeve print, and when you order, send us the sleeve art file so, we can update it manually. You will only need to do this for the first order, as we will keep the art on file.
