Additional Branding with a Printed Inner Neck Label

Solution

Inner Neck Label (Printed)

This is the latest service from the Dropshirt team. This is where we print an inside shirt label to completely brand the shirt with your logo.

Please be aware: with this process, the only way to completely remove the manufacturer's label is if the product has a tear-away label. Other than that, the label is cut off. This can cause fraying, as we cannot get very close to the seam, otherwise we risk cutting the shirt, and if this happens, we ruin the shirt. We do not unpick the label and resew the shirt - this would make the cost of this service not viable.

After removal, we print your very own design inside the garment directly on the shirt.

Details of this service

  • Maximum print size is 5cm x 5cm
  • Excludes fleecy fabrics, sweats/hoodies etc  (* See Below)
  • It costs an extra $3.50+gst per shirt
  • There is some info you're required to add by law (eg. garment's country of origin, washing/care instructions, fabric content)
  • You will also need to provide a complete series of labels. (png files, 300dpi, transparent background)
One design for each shirt size, in 2 colour ways. Black ink and an inverted set in white ink, in case we have to print on dark colours.
You only need to email this to us once, and we keep them on file.
  • You will also need to check the 'Inner Neck Label' box, on your Dashboard Settings page.
  • * On fleecy fabrics, sweats/hoodies etc, you can set up Label Rebranding instead, and have the 'Label Re-branding' box checked also (ensure you add the appropriate cost for this service too)
  • Please Note: this is a small artwork print area - small details/wordings/etc may not print legibly.
Once you create the files, print them off onto paper to check you are happy with the design, and any fine details.
Keep in mind we are printing onto t-shirt fabric will is rougher than a smooth piece of paper.
