Samples - How do I order samples off you?

Ordering any product through dropshirt.com.au is considered to be a wholesale transaction. And ordering at wholesale prices is restricted to specific users.

If you want to order samples, first you need to have the following;

An active trading account (Apply for an account here)
A functioning website with at least one product
(if Shopify) a Shopify store URL (EG: name.myshopify.com)
(if Woocommerce) An Active Woocommerce plug-in

All orders, sample or otherwise, must be submitted through the dashboard.

Methods for Submitting Sample Orders

If you are using a Shopify or Woocomerce intergration, you will need ask us to activate the manual order form in your dashboard.
Ordering through the Dropshirt Dashboard (Recommended)
Set up the custom fields for the product you want to sample. Place an order with a dummy account using your shopping cart on your website. Place the order in the dashboard.

*We highly recommend ordering at least once through the dashboard - to make sure everything is set up correctly. Incorrect orders will take longer to ship.

But, I just want to see what the printing is like!

We understand that some customers will want to just get a look at what our printing is like. Totally fine.

But we don't give away free samples. So your only option is to purchase a sample. Then, if your going to pay for a sample it might as well have your design printed on it, right?

(Note: If you really think our printing is terrible, then send it back! But deep down, we know you'll love it!)

However, purchasing through this website is restricted to eligible wholesale customers only. So, you will need to apply for an account.

This means, you need to show in your application that you have or intend to have an online store that sells our products. Some say this is a chicken and egg thing, but that is just how it works. We only want genuine resellers to apply and we are very strict with this policy. Learn more about account approval here.
